Houston Police have inforamtion on a collision involving a pedestrian at Hwy 6 in Houston, TX on February 2nd, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 3:05 a.m. According to investigators, a pedestrian was allegedly attempted to return to a their vehicle when they were struck by a Honda CR-V as they crossed west to east. Officials say the Honda allegedly fled the scene without stopping to render aid, leaving the 21-year-old pedestrian, identified as Darryl Onyeka, fatally injured. Authorities did not have additional information available.
