Officials say the incident happened around 9:30 a.m. According to initial reports, a passenger vehicle operated by 19-year-old David L. Fuller IV was headed northbound on US 259 when it crossed a center line into the southbound lanes. A southbound dump truck operated by 49-year-old William D Glasco reportedly attempted to travel around the vehicle before they collided, causing Fuller fatal injuries.
