Area authorities are investigating a pedestrian accident at Culebra Rd in San Antonio, TX on March 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:09 a.m. Investigators say a man was crossing the road from the southbound side of the road to the northbound side as a vehicle approached.
