Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Sam Houston Pkwy in Harris County, TX on September 4th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 7 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 61-year-old Humble, TX man is said to have been attempting to turn onto South Sam Houston Pkwy when turned widely into a lane occupied by a GMC Sierra. It struck the vehicle, which caused minor injuries to the driver, 51-year-old Dion Thomas. The Humble man was not injured and cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way.
