Authorities are investigating a fatal three-vehicle crash that occurred around 11:34 a.m. on April 5, 2025, on Interstate 20 in Grand Prairie, Texas. According to investigators, a Dodge Charger was traveling eastbound when the vehicle changed lanes, sideswiping a Ford F-150. The Charger then struck a guardrail. The 37-year-old driver of the Charger, identified as Donald Grady Jr, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Two occupants of the Ford were not injured.
