Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Brazos River Rd in Brazoria County, TX on November 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:20 a.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 29-year-old Douglas Kuchar was headed eastbound on County Rd 400 when it veered from the road. It then went into a ditch before crashing into a tree. Responding officers allege that Kuchar, who suffered serious injuries, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
