Authorities are investigating an incident that killed at least one person at Enclave Ct and Club House Ln in San Angelo, TX on June 29th, 2024. Authorities say it happened around 6:16 p.m. According to investigators, a golf cart was in the process of turning left into a driveway at Enclave Ct at the time. While doing so, reports say an individual sitting on the back of the cart somehow fell or was ejected from the vehicle into the roadway. That individual, identified as 41-year-old Dustin Patino, was fatally injured. Reports indicate a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter was recommended and/or issued against the operator.
