What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at US 75 in Dallas, TX on May 4th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:46 p.m. According to authorities, a Nissan Altima operated by 26-year-old Dylan Deon Williams was headed northbound behind a tractor-trailer when it reportedly attempted to pass on the right of the truck. It then suffered tire blowout and lost control before colliding with the front of the right side of the tractor-trailer. Williams suffered serious injuries while a 20-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries. The truck driver, a 28-year-old Denison woman, was not injured. Additional information was not available.
