What Happened

Authorities have information on a crash that injured a driver at FM 60 in Burleson County, TX on November 4th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:08 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Kicks operated by 25-year-old Dylan Stoker was southbound on FM 60. Exiting a gas station was a Chevrolet Silverado. Police allege the Silverado attempted to make a turn and proceeded into the path of the approaching Nissan, the two vehicles colliding in the process. The crash left Stoker seriously injured, according to reports. Reports further indicate the other driver, who was not publicly identified, was uninjured. Sources show charges for Intoxicated Assault and Driving While Intoxicated were recommended and/or issued against the operator of the Silverado.
