Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-410 and Culebra Rd in San Antonio, TX on July 7th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:09 p.m. According to investigators a Ford Explorer operated by a 33-year-old officer was involved in a collision with a Lincoln MKC operated 40-year-old Elias Martinez. Police allege Martinez, who suffered serious injuries, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Reports indicate a DWI charge was recommended and/or issued.
