Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Jupiter Rd in Richardson, TX on December 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:48 a.m. According to investigators, a Mazda 3 operated by a 26-year-old Wichita Falls man was headed northbound on Jupiter Road before allegedly swerving to avoid striking another vehicle. In doing so, the vehicle traveled into the path of a Honda Fit, the two vehicles colliding in the process. The driver of the Honda, identified as 31-year-old Emily Anne Pribanic, had injuries police believed to be serious in nature. The occupants of the Mazda were not injured and officers recommended an Unsafe Lane Change charge/citation.
