Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 16 in San Antonio, TX on June 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:22 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 73-year-old Ernesto Sandoval is accused of failing to stop at a stop sign and colliding with a tractor-trailer already in the intersection making a turn. Sandoval was hospitalized with serious injuries. The other driver was evaluated for injures at the scene.
