Houston Police are currently investigating a collision that killed a man at US 59 near Aldine Mail Route Rd in Houston, TX on May 2nd, 2023. Police are saying it happened around 5:20 a.am. According to investigators, a vehicle caught fire under unclear circumstances and its driver exited the vehicle. Upon exiting the vehicle, the driver, Eugene Hoover, was struck by a second vehicle.
