What Happened

Houston Police are searching for driver in connection with a hit-and-run collision at El Buho Bar on Fuqua St in Houston, TX on January 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. A man and woman were reportedly in the parking lot of the bar when they were struck by a black pickup truck. Investigators say the vehicle accelerated, struck the victims and fled the scene. The man, age 32 and identified as Ezequiel Quintanilla, suffered fatal injuries. The woman, age 27, was hospitalized with a broken leg. Additional information was not immediately available.
