Area authorities identified the woman that drowned in an accident at Lake Texoma in Sherman, TX on September 6th, 2021. Police say 38-year-old Felicia Tracy was among a group of three others putting jug lines into the lake before she went under. Police say she did not resurface and her body was later recovered.
