Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person at US Hwy 90 in Harris County, TX on September 30th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:40 p.m. According to investigators, Galen Nelson was traveling eastbound via Victory motorcycle. At the same time, a GMC Sierra operated by Gilver Rodriguez was northbound on Bohemian Hall Rd. Police allege the GMC failed to yield right of way at a stop sign before crossing into the path of the motorcycle. The two vehicles collided and Nelson was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Additional information was not immediately available.
