Area authorities are investigating a collision that injured a driver at FM 2931 in Denton, TX on August 26th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:32 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 57-year-old Denison man is accused of failing to yield from a private drive and pulling into the path of a Pontiac G6 operated by 30-year-old Gannon Richard Guerra. The vehicles collided and Guerra suffered minor injuries. The Denison man was not injured.
