Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Recreational Rd 255 near Colmesneil, TX on February 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10 a.m. A logging truck operated by 59-year-old Gary Powell was reportedly headed eastbound on RR 255 when the truck is said to have traveled into a westbound lane. The truck attempted to return to its lane but investigators say it overcorrected and overturned. Powell was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries following the crash.
