State Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 362 in Waller, TX on November 15th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:24 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram 2500 operated by a 22-year-old Katy man was headed northbound before it allegedly failed to control its speed, colliding with the rear of a second Dodge Ram. The driver of the second Dodge, identified as 60-year-old Gary Thomas Love, is alleged to have suffered serious injuries. The other driver had minor injuries, according to police. A Failure to Control Speed charge was recommended and/or issued.
