Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-10 and Washington Blvd in Beaumont, TX on February 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:25 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic operated by a 33-year-old Beaumont woman was headed southbound on an I-10 service road when it allegedly ran a red light and collided with a Hyundai Tucson operated by 25-year-old Geovanni Martinez. Martinez suffered serious injuries in the  crash while the Beaumont woman was evaluated for possible injuries and cited for Running a Red Light and No Operator's License.
