Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a collision that killed a pedestrian at FM 1960 in Harris County, TX on February 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:53 p.m. Investigators allege Gerald Cosme was standing or crossing near the westbound lane of FM 1960 and failed to yield before he was struck by a passing vehicle operated Lakasha Lacy.
