What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at I-635 and Webb Chapel Rd in Dallas, TX on October 29th, 2022. Police say the incident happened when a female pedestrian was struck while walking in or near a lane of travel on I-635. She was also struck by another vehicle and both vehicles are said to have left the scene without stopping to render aid. The woman involved, identified as 47-year-old Gia Delancia, suffered fatal injuries in the collision. Police placed once individual involved under arrest.
