Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 69 in Denison, TX on June 1st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 7:02 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tacoma was northbound on South Austin Ave, allegedly fleeing authorities before colliding with the rear of a Chevrolet Equinox. Reports say the Chevrolet was pushed into a nearby pole, seriously injuring 24-year-old driver, Hailey Heaton, and a 25-year-old passenger. The other driver was not publicly identified and allegedly suffered minor injuries, according to police.
