Police say the incident happened around 9:50 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Tahoe headed westbound at Rochelle Rd is alleged to have turned left onto MacArthur Blvd. There, reports say the vehicle collided with a pedestrian allegedly running eastbound across the roadway.
