What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials have identified the person killed in a crash at State Hwy 152 near Borger, TX on May 15th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 9:45 p.m. According to their investigation, a Ford F-250 operated by 19-year-old Haley Nightingale is said to have veered from road while headed westbound on the highway. While attempting to correct back onto the roadway, the vehicle is believed to have lost control and went into a skid upon re-entering the road. The vehicle overturned and Nightingale was ejected, suffering fatal injuries as a result. Police had no additional information to share.
