Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-45 near New Waverly, TX on July 9th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:22 a.m. A Toyota RAV 4 operated by 49-year-old Isaac Gyekye collided with the rear of a semi-truck that was parked in the shoulder under unclear circumstances.
