Police say the incident happened around 11 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Rav4 operated by a 57-year-old Texas City man was southbound at Hwy 3 before exiting right to merge onto State Hwy 146. Police say the vehicle left its lane of travel, crossing over a median before colliding with a southbound Toyota Corolla operated by 62-year-old Isaac Moore. Police say both drivers were seriously injured and had no additional information available.
