Police say the incident happend around 8:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-250 is alleged to have turned into the path of an approaching southbound Hyundai Santa Fe. Reports indicate the Ford allegedly failed to yield, the impact from the resulting collision leaving 88-year-old Hyundai operator, James Atikinson, seriously injured.
