Authorities have information on a two-vehicle collision that left one person dead at Business 35 in Fulton, TX on April 20th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:32 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Altima operated by a 23-year-old man who was not publicly identified was northbound in a turn lane. Police say the vehicle was performing a left turn onto State Hwy 35 on a flashing yellow light. Officials allege the vehicle failed to yield right of way, performing the turn and colliding with a motorcycle operated by 41-year-old James Tarrance. Tarrance suffered fatal injuries in the incident. Officials recommended and/or issued a Failure to Yield Row-Turning Left charge.
