Police say the incident happened around 11:15 p.m. According to investigators, an SUV operated by 27-year-old Marena Falcon-De la Rosa has been accused of striking a parked boat trailer before also striking a pedestrian. The pedestrian, identified as Janicia Molina, suffered fatal injuries in the collision. De La Rosa was arrested on an Intoxication Manslaughter charge.
