What Happened

Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at FM 2100 and FM 1960 in Huffman, TX on August 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6 p.m. Investigators say a group of three motorcycles were stopped in a northbound lane waiting for traffic to clear when a Jeep Wrangler collided with one of the motorcycles. The motorcyclist, Jason Manzi, was ejected from the bike and struck by a Honda Accord. Manzi was taken an area hospital with injuries he later died from. A second motorcyclist was hospitalized with minor injuries. Additional information was not available.
