What Happened

Officials are investigating a crash that occurred at 5:38 p.m. in Bandera County, TX, involving a Ford Ranger and a Nissan Versa. According to reports, the Ford Ranger was traveling southbound on Bear Creek Road when it allegedly failed to yield half of the roadway, colliding with the northbound Nissan Versa. The impact caused the Ranger to veer left and come to rest on the east side of the road, while the Versa spun counterclockwise before also coming to rest on the east side. Police say the driver of the Versa, 50-year-old Jean Sisemore, allegedly sustained serious injuries. Additional information was not available.
