Officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 1466 in Williamson County, TX on September 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:33 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Wrangler headed eastbound is alleged to have left the roadway for unclear reasons, overrunning at the end of a guardrail. Officials say the vehicle crashed into a fence and boulder before rolling cross a creek bed in a ditch. Officials say the driver, identified as 38-year-old Jeffrey Wade, was fatally injured.
