What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at US 377 in Granbury, TX on June 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Murano operated by 57-year-old Stacey Jones was headed westbound on Hwy 377 when it allegedly failed to yield right of way while turning left. It collided with a Volkswagen Touareg headed eastbound on US Hwy 377 and overturned, going into a skid and colliding with a Ford E Series vehicles parked in a parking lot. An occupant of the Volkswagen, identified as 39-year-old Jennifer Eidsvoog, suffered minor injuries. Jones, who officers allege admitted to consuming alcohol, suffered more serious injuries.
