What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 372 in Cooke County, TX on July 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:15 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Tahoe operated by 20-year-old Jessie Gutierrez was headed northbound on FM 372 when it lost control at a curve in the road. Upon attempting to correct onto the road, it then went into a roll and ejected Gutierrez from the vehicle. Officials pronounced Gutierrez dead at the scene.
