Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-40 near Conway, TX on January 26th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:40 a.m. A Dodge Ram was allegedly traveling at an unsafe speed when it veered from the road across a center median into eastbound traffic. It was then struck on the right side by an eastbound semi-truck, which was said to have attempted to avoid the collision. The driver of the truck, 66-year-old Jesus Garcia, died at the scene.
