What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured several people at Audelia Rd in Dallas, TX on September 29th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:06 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Expedition operated by 51-year-old Jesus Ibarra Soto was headed westbound on Walnut Hill Ln before allegedly failing to yield during a left turn. The vehicle collided with an eastbound Kia Soul operated by an unnamed 27-year-old woman. The woman and a 9-year-old passenger were seriously injured, according to police. Two other passengers, as 5 and 2, had less serious injuries. Soto was also seriously injured in the crash. Police have not shared additional information at this time.
