Authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at US 259 in Mount Enterprise, TX on February 23rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Thunderbird was northbound on US 259, approaching a 4-way stop sign at the intersection with US 84. Authorities allege the vehicle failed to come to a stop before proceeding into the intersection and colliding with a westbound Ford F-150. Reports indicate the driver of the F-150, identified as 53-year-old Jill Murphy, had non-life-threatening injuries. A passenger in the Thunderbird, who was not publicly identified, was more seriously injured, police say.
