What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 84 in Teague, TX on December 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:35 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by 45-year-old Sapulpa, OK man was reportedly attempting to make a u-turn at a center median. Police say the vehicle collided with a Toyota Avalon operated by 86-year-old Jimmie Ross Young in the process, causing minor injuries. The other driver was not injured and cited for Turning Left from Wrong Lane.
