Beaumont Police are investigating a collision that killed a pedestrian at Hwy 69 in Beaumont, TX on October 22nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened late evening. 30-year-old Jody Alexander Hampshire is said to have been walking in the middle of the southbound lanes of Hwy 69 when he was struck by an 18-wheeler.
