Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 17 in Reeves County, TX on August 27th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:50 a.m. A Dodge Durango operated by 33-year-old Joel Natividad is accused of failing to control its speed and colliding with the rear of a tractor-trailer before it caught fire.
