Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Hwy 237 near Victoria, TX on July 1st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:27 p.m. According to investigators, a passenger vehicle is alleged to have veered from the road for unknown reasons before overturning several times. An occupant of the vehicle, identified as 32-year-old  Johnathan Wayne Vesely, suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
