Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at Atascocita Rd in Harris County, TX on February 8th, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 11:44 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Altima was exiting a private driveway as a Chevrolet headed southwest. Reports claim the Nissan may have failed to yield while exiting the driveway before it was struck by the approaching Chevrolet, which may have been speeding. Officials say 29-year-old Jorge Moreno Tototzintle was fatally injured. The driver of the Chevrolet, identified as Eduardo Gonzalez, allegedly was arrested of Intoxication Manslaughter charges.
