El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Carl Longuemare Rd in El Paso, TX on July 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:46 p.m. According to investigators, a vehicle operated by 30-year-old Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez was headed eastbound before veering from the road into an embankment.
