Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Shiloh Dr in Laredo, TX on September 27th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:58 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 49-year-old Laredo man is said to have collided with the rear of Buick operated by 38-year-old Jose Hilario Garcia. Garcia suffered minor injuries. The Laredo man was not injured and was charged with Failure to Control Speed.
