Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at FM 1960 in Humble, TX on March 22nd, 2023. Police believe it happened around 10:47 p.m. Officers believe 41-year-old Jose Louis was walking in or near the road when he was struck by an unknown vehicle.
