Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that killed a driver at Sam Houston Dr in Victoria, TX on September 13th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:33 a.m. According to investigators, a Kia Sorento headed northwest on Sam Houston Dr is alleged to have been traveling at or above posted speeds before striking a curb to the east of the roadway.
