San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Loop 410 and Culebra Rd in San Antonio, TX on January 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. A male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross busy traffic lanes. Police say the overhead lights in the area were not on at the time, making road conditions in the area darker. The driver stopped and remained at the scene for police while the pedestrian, later identified as 34-year-old Joseph Toudouze, died at the scene. Additional information was not available.
