El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-10 and Lomaland Dr in El Paso, TX on July 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Subaru Impreza was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed before it lost control and crashed. The vehicle hit several fixed objects before catching fire. Two people involved, identified as 28-year-old Juan Rios Moreno and 24-year-old Samir Muniz suffered fatal injuries.
