Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 290 in Harris County, TX on June 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:15 a.m. A Buick Enclave operated by 29-year-old Judith Ortiz was reportedly traveling west in eastbound lanes before crashing head on into a Dodge Ram 3500. A third vehicle unable to avoid the collision also struck the vehicles. The drivers in the other vehicles were not injured. Ortiz was seriously injured. Additional information was not available.
